Prophet Exchange Ambassador Promotion 2022-2023

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Description of Ambassador Promotion

Prophet Exchange is offering Eligible Users (defined below) the ability to enter into the Prophet Exchange Ambassador Promotion (“Ambassador Promotion”). No purchase is necessary to enter into this Promotion. Upon selection as an Eligible User by Prophet Exchange, at Prophet Exchange’s full discretion, Eligible Users will be known as Eligible Ambassadors, and are granted the ability to earn $20 (twenty dollar)  e-gift card for each Eligible Customer they sign up, or a $40 (forty dollar) e-gift card for each Eligible Customer they sign up using the Eligible User’s Email as the Referral Code and the Eligible Customer deposits $10 (ten dollars) or more within 30 minutes of signing up with Prophet Exchange (collectively, “Ambassador Sign Up Prize”). No purchase is necessary to claim the Ambassador Sign Up Process. Please see Section 4 and Section 5 on claiming the Ambassador Sign Up Prize.  

Eligible Users may be invited to attend weekly or monthly discussions with Prophet Exchange, but are not required to accept or attend any invite by Prophet Exchange. Eligible Users are also entered into the chance to win Additional Prizes professional sports tickets, Prophet Exchange apparel, and the ability to apply for a summer internship at Prophet Exchange for Summer 2023 (collectively “Additional Prizes”) at the sole discretion of Prophet Exchange. To be eligible for the Ambassador Promotion, you must (1) be 21 years old or older; (2) apply directly on Prophet Exchange’s Ambassador Website, (3) agree to and acknowledge these Terms and Conditions; and (4) be selected at the complete discretion of Prophet Exchange. The Ambassador Promotion will end at 11:59:59 PM EST on May 1, 2023.  Stake Trade, Inc. d//b/a Prophet Exchange (“Prophet Exchange” or “Sponsor”) is the sponsor of this Social Promotion located at 720 Monroe St, Hoboken NJ, 07030. 

2. Promotion Period

The Ambassador Promotion will begin at 12:01 PM (ET) on December 2, 2022 through 11:59:59 PM (ET) on May 1, 2023.

3. Eligible Participant

This Social Promotion is only open to eligible United States participants, over the age of twenty-one (21), and not enrolled in any statewide casino self-exclusion program or part of any involuntary casino exclusion program. Only one (1) entry per eligible customer. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, their parent companies, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Social Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. Prizes won by ineligible entrants will be void and the Sponsor reserves the right to select a new winner. Additionally, Prophet Exchange reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Social Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion.

4. Action Required 

Eligible Participants may earn a max of one (1) entry must (1) be 21 years old or older; (2) apply directly on Prophet Exchange’s Ambassador Website, (3) agree to and acknowledge these Terms and Conditions; and (4) be selected at the complete discretion of Prophet Exchange. By entering, you acknowledge and comply with official rules and decisions of the Sponsor. By entering the Ambassador Promotion by the Sponsor, you agree to release Prophet Exchange from all responsibility or liability.

Regarding the Ambassador Sign Up Prize, Eligible Participants, defined as individuals who are new Prophet Exchange account holders (i.e who have never had their social security number affiliated with any type of Prophet Exchange account) and who have been successfully verified by the Sponsor, and who are invited to sign up for a Prophet Exchange account using a Referral Link by the Eligible Ambassador. To qualify, Eligible Participants must register for an active Prophet Exchange member account creating a Prophet Exchange account at ProphetBettingExchange.com. Privacy policy and rules apply in order to create a new Prophet Exchange account. Following the Eligible Participant’s full registration, Eligible Ambassador will be granted a $20 (twenty dollar) e-gift card that will be sent via e-mail at the end of each month.  If the Eligible Participant deposits $10 or more within thirty (30) minutes of creating an account at ProphetBettingExchange.com, the Eligible Ambassador will be granted a $40 (forty dollar) e-gift card that will be sent via e-mail at the end of each month. Eligible Ambassadors with more than one Ambassador Sign Up Prize each month will receive a e-gift card with the total amount of promotional awards.  For example, if an Eligible Ambassador provides three Eligible Participants for the $20 e-gift card in the month of January 2023, the Eligible Ambassador will receive a $60 e-gift card via e-mail at the end of the month. If the three Eligible Participants also deposited $10 or more within 30 minutes of registering with Prophet Exchange, the Eligible Ambassador will instead receive a $120 e-gift card via e-mail at the end of the month. 

Additional Prizes will be granted at the sole discretion of Prophet Exchange to Eligible Users. 

5. Claiming Promotion Offer and Ambassador Sign Up Prize

If you are selected as a Prophet Exchange Ambassador, you must accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Prophet Exchange Ambassador Promotion. This includes Attachment A to these Terms and Conditions.  The Promotional Prize(s) value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. 

Following the Eligible Participant’s full registration, Eligible Ambassador will be granted a $20 (twenty dollar) e-gift card that will be sent via e-mail at the end of each month. If the Eligible Participant deposits $10 or more within thirty (30) minutes of creating an account at ProphetBettingExchange.com, Eligible Ambassador will be granted a $40 (forty dollar) e-gift card that will be sent via e-mail at the end of each month. Eligible Ambassadors with more than one Ambassador Sign Up Prize each month will receive a e-gift card with the total amount of awards.  For example, if an Eligible Ambassador provides three Eligible Participants for the $20 e-gift card in the month of January 2023, the Eligible Ambassador will receive a $60 e-gift card via e-mail at the end of the month. If the three Eligible Participants also deposited $10 or more within 30 minutes of registering with Prophet Exchange, the Eligible Ambassador will receive a $120 e-gift card via e-mail at the end of the month. 

Additional Prizes will be granted at the sole discretion of Prophet Exchange to Eligible Users. 

6. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Prophet Exchange Ambassador Promotion, participants must complete the following to be considered an Eligible Participant:

2. Apply directly on Prophet Exchange’s Ambassador Website; 
3. Agree to and acknowledge these Terms and Conditions; and 
4. Be selected at the complete discretion of Prophet Exchange.
5. Limitations on Participation

Prophet Exchange reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith.  This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. One (1) Promotion Bonus per participant and or household.

8. Expiration

The promotional period will end on May 1, 2023.

9. Wagering Requirements

12. Restrictions on Withdrawal

The Prophet Exchange Ticket Giveaway is not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.  

13. Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at prophetexchange.com or call (866)-686-0377. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or Play Through Requirement. However, any Promotion Bonus amount in your account shall remain subject to the order of funds used for wagering detailed in Section 9 before it may be withdrawn.

15. Additional Terms

Administration:  If a dispute or discrepancy, Prophet Exchange site terms and conditions and all house rules take precedence over promotional terms and conditions. One (1) Promotion Bonus per participant and or household.  By accepting any promotional bonus, registered players agree to abide by terms and conditions of this promotion. This promotion is subject to regulatory approval and voided where prohibited. Prophet Exchange expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent.  All promotions are subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may only have (1) active Prophet Exchange Account at any time. Prophet Exchange is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any advertising for the promotion. Prophet Exchange is not responsible or liable for computer or program malfunctions. Prophet Exchange reserves the right to exclude certain players from this promotion, as well as the right to withhold the bonus reward for any reason. This promotion is at sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Prophet Exchange Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason.  Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and their decisions will be final and binding. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising agencies, directors, officers, employees, and agents from all liability claims or actions of any kind.  In consideration of the Promotion Bonus, each individual hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of such individual’s name, photograph, likeness (including his/her voice), biographical information and statements concerning the Promotion, in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by the Sponsor and its affiliates. Under applicable law, none of the Sponsors are responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, economic, exemplary, punitive, or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability, punitive or other damages.

ATTACHMENT A

As an Eligible Ambassador, you agree to the following restrictions and rules associated with this Promotion and Prophet Exchange.  Any violation of these Terms and Conditions, including Attachment A, and Prophet Exchange’s Terms and Conditions listed on ProphetBettingExchange.com, will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion and subject to legal action by Prophet Exchange.

By accepting participation in this Promotion, you agree to the following: 

1. You may not market, promote, or communicate Prophet Exchange to any individual you know or should know is under 21 years of age. 
2. You may not market, promote, or communicate Prophet Exchange on any educational dormitory, classroom, a space that permits persons under 21 years of age to attend. 
3. You may not market, promote, or communicate Prophet Exchange at any high school, grade school, playground, or any other area where persons under 21 years of age are known to frequent. 
4. You are not required to purchase anything for participation in this Promotion, and any purchase will not be reimbursed by Prophet Exchange. 
5. Prophet Exchange does not promote or encourage the purchase of anything for participation in this Promotion. 
6. You must obtain all required permissions or permits for participation in this promotion. Prophet Exchange is not liable for any failure for you to obtain permits or permissions.  
7. You may not claim you work for or are employed by Prophet Exchange, as you agree you are participating in this Promotion through your own will and can end your participation at any time.
8. You are not promised an internship, paid or unpaid, with Prophet Exchange now, or in the future.
9. You are not promised professional sports event tickets, merchandise, or other prizes now, or in the future.
10. You are not granted gift cards if you do not complete the requirements listed in Section 3 and Section 4 above.
11. You understand you can opt out of any and all communications from Prophet Exchange at any time by contacting Prophet Exchange at (866)-686-0377.  
12. You acknowledge that you may end your participation in this Promotion at any time by contacting Prophet Exchange at (866)-686-0377.  

You also agree that Prophet Exchange reserves the right to amend these Promotional Terms and Attachment A at its sole discretion. Any amendment will be sent to all Eligible Ambassadors and Eligible Ambassadors must confirm acknowledgment of the amendment within 24 hours or else will be disqualified from the Promotion.
