FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Description of Promotion

All Eligible Players that have an active Prophet Exchange account will be credited back Commission (defined below) during the Promotional Period (defined below) as promotional funds. The Eligible Player must wager on the “Prophet Boost” wager noted on Prophet Exchange’s platform to be eligible for the Commission Back Bonus.  All wagers that are settled as a win will be credited back Commission (defined below) within 24-72 hours after the event has settled, as promotional funds, at the sole discretion of Prophet Exchange. (“Prophet Boost Commission Back Bonus” or “Commission Back Bonus”).  For the avoidance of doubt and further defined in Section 11, eligible matched wagers only include matched wagers noted as “Prophet Boosts” on the Prophet Exchange Platform. See Prophet Boosts Terms and Conditions for additional details on Prophet Boosts. 

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion will begin 12:01 AM EST on May 23, 2023 to 3:00 AM EST on December 31, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is only open to individuals who (1) are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and (2) have an active Prophet Exchange account. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, their parent companies, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Commission Back Bonus.  Additionally, Prophet Exchange reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. Collectively referred to as “Eligible Player” or “Eligible Players”. 

4. Prophet Boosts Description and Disclaimer

Prophet Boosts are designed to provide users with a platform to hedge boosts listed on other New Jersey sportsbooks.  Users are given the ability to request or place odds on a market that can guarantee the user a profit in connection with different sportsbooks’ odds boosts.  Prophet Exchange users must make sure they request or place odds that guarantee a profit while leveraged against odds offered by different sportsbooks, and must also factor in Commission when wagering on Prophet Exchange.  Odds on Prophet Exchange and the odds listed on a different platform are subject to change and Prophet Exchange is not responsible for a change in odds, terms and conditions, and/or altering the offered bet boost.  Prophet Exchange is only subject to Prophet Exchange’s currently available odds on the Prophet Exchange platform.  

Prophet Exchange encourages you to explore different sportsbooks and compare their odds carefully. By leveraging the noted variations in odds across platforms, you can create a winning combination that ensures a profit for you while hedging your bet on Prophet Exchange.  Prophet Exchange users always have the ability to offer better odds in regards to Prophet Boosts, and it is up to the user to ensure their requested odds will guarantee a profit when hedged against another New Jersey sportsbook’s offerings.  

Please note that while we encourage users to explore multiple sportsbooks to utilize Propet Boosts, Prophet Exchange’s role is limited to providing its platform for this unique opportunity. Prophet Exchange is not responsible for the terms and conditions, rules, or any other aspects related to other sportsbooks odds and boosts noted in Prophet Boosts. Prophet Exchange maintains no association, endorsement, or affiliation with other sportsbooks, including but not limited to, their operations, or their offerings. It is the sole responsibility of each user to familiarize themselves with the terms, rules, and regulations of the individual sportsbooks they choose to engage with. Prophet Exchange is not liable for any discrepancies, disputes, or issues arising from the actions or policies of other sportsbooks.  

5. Action Required

Eligible Players will be credited back Commission (defined below) as promotional funds if the Prophet Boost wager listed in Prophet Exchange results in a settled win.   

6. Claiming Promotion Offer

If applicable, the Commission Back Bonus will be credited to your Prophet Exchange Account based on all winnings on matched wagers within seventy two (72) hours following the end of the specific event   However, credits will be issued sooner when possible. Commission Back Bonus recipients will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Commission Back Bonus received, regardless of whether the Commission Back Bonus, in whole or in part, is used.  The Commission Back Bonus value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. 

7. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Commission Back Bonus, Eligible Players must be registered as an active Prophet Exchange member in New Jersey. Privacy policy and rules apply in order to create a new Prophet Exchange account.  Prophet Exchange reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate a player’s ability to wager on Prophet Exchange at its own discretion.   

8. Limitations on Participation

Prophet Exchange reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith.  This Commission Back Bonus is void where prohibited by law. 

9. Defined Terms

An “Offer” on Prophet Exchange is a reference to a proposed wager, with specified conditions (e.g. odds, points spread, or total) and a proposed Stake for the wager.

A “Stake” is a reference to the dollar amount of a bet or wager that is subject of an Offer or a Bet.  The Stake in a Bet that is formed on Prophet Exchange is, for each Eligible Player, the amount that such Eligible Player stands to potentially lose at the odds agreed in the Bet.  When Bets are formed on Prophet Exchange, the Stake of each given Eligible Player is proportionally commensurated, based on the odds agreed in the Bet, to the Stake of the other Player.

“Bet” or “Wager” is a reference to an Eligible Player’s Offer which has been made by an Eligible Player and accepted by another Eligible Player. 

If a Player makes an Offer and it is not accepted by another Player, this is referred to as an “Unmatched Bet”. An “Unmatched Bet” can be accepted by another Player (either for the full Stake proposed in the Offer or for less than the full Stake proposed in the Offer).

“Commission” is defined as the total amount of money Prophet Exchange keeps off of a Winning Bet.

10. Wagering Requirements

Any unmatched wagers will not count towards the Commission Back Bonus. Please see Prophet Exchange’s website Terms and Conditions for more information regarding unmatched wagering.

11. Eligible Games

Only events on Spread Markets, Total Markets, Future, Player Prop, and Moneyline Markets that are listed as Prophet Boosts will be eligible for the Commission Back Bonus (“Eligible Games”). For the avoidance of doubt, no Future Markets, including Yes/No Markets, or Player Prop Markets, are eligible for this Promotion if settled after 3:00 AM EST on January 1, 2024.  Please see Prophet Exchange’s House Rules for more information on Spread Markets, Total Markets, Player Prop Markets, Future Markets, and Moneyline Markets. 

12. Restrictions on Withdrawal on Commission Back Bonus Promotional Funds

The Commission Back Bonus is not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Once the Commission Back Bonus is credited to your account as promotional funds, the Commission Back Bonus may only be used for wagering on your Prophet Exchange Account. The Commission Back Bonus is non-withdrawable until the Commission Back Bonus is wagered a total of a one time (1x) play through (“Play Through Requirement”).  Eligible Player has 60 days from receipt of the Commission Back Bonus to complete the Play Through Requirement.  Eligible Players must wager their entire Commission Back Bonus to complete the Play Through Requirement. If the Play Through Requirement is not completed when Eligible Player begins the withdrawal process, Eligible Player will forfeit any and all winnings from Commission Back Bonus funds. Eligible participants may not match both sides of the Commission Back Bonus to clear the Play Through Requirement. If any eligible participant is found to have matched both sides of the same event in order to clear the wagering requirement for the Commission Back Bonus, the Commission Back Bonus will then be deemed void and Commission Back Bonus winnings or remaining funds will not be permitted to withdraw. Upon completion of the Play Through Requirement, all bonus funds and applicable winnings are withdrawable. Commission Back Bonus must be used before cash.  Any unmatched wagers will not count towards the Play Through Requirement. Please see Prophet Exchange’s website Terms and Conditions for more information regarding unmatched wagering.  You may withdraw your deposited funds without penalty at any time.

13. Order of Funds Used for Wagering

The Commission Back Bonus is non-withdrawable until all Commission Back Bonus funds are wagered one time (1x) play through (“Play Through Requirement”).  Please see Section 12, Restrictions on Withdrawal, for additional details on Play Through Requirement and restrictions.

14. Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at prophetexchange.com or call (866)-686-0377. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction.

 16. Additional Terms

Administration:  If a dispute or discrepancy, Prophet Exchange site terms and conditions and all house rules take precedence over promotional terms and conditions. One (1) Promotion Bonus per participant and/or household.  By accepting any promotional bonus, registered players agree to abide by terms and conditions of this promotion. This promotion is subject to regulatory approval and voided where prohibited. Prophet Exchange expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent.  All promotions are subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may only have (1) active Prophet Exchange Account at any time. Prophet Exchange is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any advertising for the promotion. Prophet Exchange is not responsible or liable for computer or program malfunctions. Prophet Exchange reserves the right to exclude certain players from this promotion, as well as the right to withhold the bonus reward for any reason. This promotion is at sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Prophet Exchange Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason.  Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and their decisions will be final and binding. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising agencies, directors, officers, employees, and agents from all liability claims or actions of any kind.  In consideration of the Promotion Bonus, each individual hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of such individual’s name, photograph, likeness (including his/her voice), biographical information and statements concerning the Promotion, in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by the Sponsor and its affiliates. Under applicable law, none of the Sponsors are responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, economic, exemplary, punitive, or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability, punitive or other damages.
