If you are having trouble logging in or remembering your password. We have made it easy for players to self service & reset their password.
You'll need the following:
- Your ProphetX Registered Email Address
- Access to your registered phone number (SMS Text)
Players can reset their password on the app or site by clicking on Login >> "Forgot Password?"
Once you enter your email address, we will send you an authentication code to your registered phone number to complete the password reset.
You can also change your password via the Account Settings page after you are logged in.
Common reasons you are unable to log-in:
- Typo in username or password usually caused by enabling caps lock
- Incorrect email address or typo within the email
- Player has requested an account closure
If you no longer have access to your registered phone number or email and need to update them, please reach out to Customer Support via help@betprophet.co with the following details:
