How long do redemptions typically take?

At ProphetX we understand how important it is for you to receive your winnings as quickly as possible. Most redemptions are processed within a few hours after we receive your request. However, please keep in mind some redemptions can take up to 5 business days depending on the method selected and the time the request is submitted. 

That being said, here's a few things to consider:

• The method you choose can determine how long it will take to process and reflect in your personal account(s)
• Financial sharing is not allowed, players who make purchases using 3rd party financial instruments can expect delays as this is strictly prohibited
