I'm having trouble making a purchase with my account, what can I do?

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Not all banks and credit card providers approve sweepstakes purchases.
  • Non-U.S based bank accounts and credit cards cannot be used on ProphetX.
  • If you are having trouble with a particular method, please try an alternate method while we look into it

  • Method used and time the error or issue occurred 
  • Amount you wish to withdraw
  • Screenshot of error
