The Biggest Influencers Face Off – 64 Players, 25,000 Prophet Cash in Prizes!
Get ready for the ultimate exchange showdown! ProphetX brings you a March Madness-style competition where 64 handicappers battle head-to-head through 6 electrifying rounds. To claim their share of 25,000 in Prophet Cash!
How It Works
- Format: Single-elimination bracket – 64 influencer contestants, just like the NCAA Tournament.
- Play Requirements:
- Round of 64 (March 20-21): 6 plays
- Round of 32 (March 22-23): 5 plays
- Round of 16 (March 27-28): 4 plays
- Round of 8 (March 29-30): 3 plays
- Round of 4 (April 5): 2 plays
- Championship (April 7): 1 plays
- Minimum Play: Influencers must stake 10 Prophet Cash per play.
Each influencer must have a ProphetX Account and post their plays on X for them to count for the contest.
- Minimum Prop Plays: For the Round of 64, 32, and Sweet Sixteen, participating influencers must make 1 prop play.
- Posting: Share every play from ProphetX as a separate post with a screenshot of the play slip on X or IG. Only the first play counts in threads or multi-play posts. Quote tweets are fine! All posts must be College Basketball plays.
- Play Limits: Extra plays posted beyond the requirements for each round do not count.
- Tiebreakers: If participants win the same number of plays in a round the participant with the longest odds on a winning play advances. If still tied, a live streamed coin flip by a ProphetX representative will decide who advances.
- Final Four & Championship Rules: All sides taken must be unique. If one contestant publicly posts a side, their opposing contestant may not take that side. If both contestants post the same side, even at different odds, only the first contestant to post will qualify.
- Stay Fair: Attempts to manipulate markets or rules will result in an instant Disqualification. If one contestant advances because of a DQ they will be deemed a winner for play purposes.
- Disqualification:
- Fewer than required plays (e.g., < 6 in Round of 64).
- Missing main or prop play requirement.
- Deleting posts after a qualifying play is made.
- Both players DQ’d? All plays on a market where both parties are disqualified will be void. For the bracket purposes ProphetX picks the winner or finds an external contestant to take that spot.
