OF ENTRY, YOU MUST

(i) BE A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND PHYSICALLY LOCATED WITHIN

THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR WASHINGTON D.C., excluding New York or Florida. New

York and Florida residents are not eligible for the prize

(ii) BE at least nineteen (19) years of age

(iii) as of Monday March 31st AT 11:59:59 P.M., have made engaged in a Qualifying Activity of

either a first time purchase of Prophet Points or first time purchase Prophet Cash for

minimum $10 and registered with code ‘LONGHORN1’ or ‘HOOKEM1’. $10 first purchase

must be played through 1x by March 31st AT 11:59:59 P.M. to qualify.

(iv) Prior to March 20th, 2025 not have made a purchase of Prophet Points or Prophet Cash

(iv) to enter the Sweepstakes without Qualifying Activity to an Account, there is an alternate

method of entry available (the "AMOE Entry"). Click here (the "AMOE Website") and

complete the registration form in its entirety with your full name, email address, complete

mailing address (including city, state and zip code), date of birth, date of registration and

1. Promotion: March Madness Tickets Giveaway (“Promotion”).

2. Sponsor: Stake Trade Inc. 509 32nd Street Union City NJ 07087 is the Sponsor/Promoter of the

Sweepstakes. (“Sponsor”).

3. Acknowledgement: As a condition of participating in the Promotion, you agree to be fully and

unconditionally bound by these Official Rules (“Official Rules”), the ProphetX Sports Prediction Rules

(“General Rules”), and the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects,

and you agree to fully and unconditionally waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion, the Official

Rules, or the General Rules

4. Entry Period: The Promotion begins at 6:00:00 a.m. on March 20th, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. on

March 31st, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). All references to time of day contained in these Official Rules refer to

the Eastern Time Zone.

5. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to individual legal residents of the United States who, as of March

31st at 11:59:59 p.m., have made a Qualifying Activity of first time $10 purchase of Prophet Points or a first

time $10 Purchase of Prophet Cash. $10 first purchase must be played through 1x by March 31st at

11:59:59 P.M. to qualify: (i) are at least nineteen (19) years of age; (ii) are physically located in any of the fifty

(50) U.S. states or Washington D.C. besides New York and Florida. New York and Florida residents are notqualified to enter the sweepstakes or to receive the prize (iii) have not made a purchase prior to March 20th

at 10:00:00 a.m.

6. How To Enter: There are two ways to enter the promotion (i) through registration with code ‘HOOKEM1’ or

‘LONGHORN1’ with Qualifying Activity of a first time purchase of $10 Prophet Points or first time purchase

$100 of Prophet Cash. Users who have made a purchase prior to March 20th at 6:00:00 a.m. are not eligible

(ii) to enter the Sweepstakes without Qualifying Activity to an Account, there is an alternate method of entry

available (the "AMOE Entry"). Click here (the "AMOE Website") and complete the registration form in its

entirety with your full name, email address, complete mailing address (including city, state and zip code),

date of birth, date of registration and telephone number, then follow the instructions to submit your AMOE

Limit: one (1) entry per person. Anyone found to be using multiple accounts to enter the

Promotion will be deemed ineligible for the Promotion, and all of their entries may be deemed

void. Automated and/or third-party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Multiple entrants

are not permitted to share the same email address or ProphetX account. Any attempt by any entrant

to obtain entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses, or any

other method will void all of such entrant’s entries, and such entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s

discretion. Sponsor shall not be liable for any problems that occur during the entry process,

including, without limitation, late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, undeliverable, or misdirected

entries, and Sponsor shall not have any obligation to advise an entrant of a late, incomplete,

delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or invalid submission or entry. Proof of sending or submission will

not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. No illegible, incomplete, forged, or altered entries

will be accepted. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged

or returned. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of

the email address associated with the ProphetX account used to enter will be deemed to be the

proper entrant.

1. Prizes and Odds of Winning: Tickets to Final Four games on 4/5/2025. Odds of winning depend on the

number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Subject to verification of eligibility and

compliance with these Official Rules

2. ARV of the Tickets: $1,000 (incl tax)

3. Prize Restrictions: Each Promotion entrant can only win one (1) prize. Notwithstanding anything to

the contrary contained in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with an

equivalent prize of equal or greater value. Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all

fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of a prize not specifically stated herein are the sole

responsibility of the winners. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash

(aside from the cash elements of prizes relative to the cash redemption restriction) by the winner; however,

Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its discretion. Sponsor will not replace

any lost or stolen prizes. Only one prize stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the

Promotion.

4. Selection of Winners: On or around Thursday April 3rd, 2025, Sponsor will randomly select the potential

prize winners from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning are

based on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified via emailThe potential Promotion winners will be notified in accordance with the immediately preceding

paragraph on or around April 3rd, 2025 with information on how to claim their prize. All prizes must

be claimed by such potential winners by April 4th, 2025 at 12:00:00 p.m. Prizes not claimed by

such potential winners by April 4th, 2025 at 12:00:00 p.m. will be deemed forfeited. In the event that

any of the prizes are unclaimed, then on or about April 4th, 2025, Sponsor will conduct one (1)

redraw from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. In the event any of the

prizes are unclaimed after the redraw, Sponsor will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure all

available prizes are claimed by conducting a reasonable number (as determined by Sponsor in its

reasonable discretion) of further similar drawing(s).
