University 5 Prophet Cash Promo Ts & Cs

Quick Terms:

• All new players that sign up using a college affiliate code and make a first purchase will receive 5 prophet cash for their first 7 days 
• 5 prophet cash must be used same day in order to receive the next day’s 5 prophet cash. Prophet Cash will be credited daily each morning and within 24 hours of your first purchase
• Must be player’s first purchase and player must use college affiliate code to be eligible 
• All users who have not made a purchase prior to 4/02/2024 12:00pm EST are eligible
• Maximum Prophet Cash bonus is 35
• Prophet Cash bonus will be awarded once daily in the 7 day promotion period.
• Clear and Obvious abuse will result in disqualification from promotion

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Description of Promotion
New eligible accounts will receive a 5 Prophet Cash bonus for their first seven (7) days after making their first purchase using a college affiliate code. The 5 Prophet Cash must be used on the same day as the purchase in order to receive the following day's 5 Prophet Cash. The maximum bonus for each player is 35 in Prophet Cash. Promotion begins on April 2, 2024, at 12:00 PM EST. Users must make their first purchase on ProphetX during the promotion period in order to be eligible for the bonus. The day after the user's first purchase will be considered day 1 of 7 of the promotion period for the respective player. Players will not receive a bonus after the seven-day period is up or when 35 in Prophet Cash is awarded, whichever comes first. Players who have made a purchase prior to the start of the promotion are not eligible for the bonus. A minimum purchase of $10 is required to qualify. Clear and obvious abuse may result in disqualification from the promotion. The promotion may end at any time at the discretion of ProphetX. All bonuses are subject to the Play Through Requirements and ProphetX Sweepstakes Rules and General Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
The Promotion is only open to individuals who (1) are at least nineteen (19) years of age, (2) are first-time purchasers on ProphetX, and (3) use an affiliated university code at the time of signup and purchase. Additionally, ProphetX reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion.

3. Play Requirements 

Prophet Cash is non-redeemable until all prophet cash has been played through a total of one time (1x) (“Play Through Requirement”). Eligible participants may not match both sides of a market to clear the Play Through Requirement. If any eligible participant is found to have matched both sides of the same market in order to clear the play through requirement, the bonus will then be deemed void. Upon completion of the Play Through Requirement, all bonus funds and applicable winnings are redeemable. Any unmatched plays will not count towards the Play Through Requirement.. 

4. Additional Terms 

Administration: If a dispute or discrepancy, ProphetX site terms and conditions and all house rules take precedence over promotional terms and conditions. Limited to one (1) per household. By accepting any promotional bonus, registered players agree to abide by terms and conditions of this promotion. ProphetX expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. All promotions are subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may only have (1) active ProphetX Account at any time. ProphetX is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any advertising for the promotion. ProphetX is not responsible or liable for computer or program malfunctions. ProphetX reserves the right to exclude certain players from this promotion, as well as the right to withhold the bonus reward for any reason. This promotion is at sole discretion of the Sponsor. ProphetX reserves the right to restrict at any time any ProphetX Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and their decisions will be final and binding. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, directors, officers, employees, and agents from all liability claims or actions of any kind. In consideration of the Promotion Bonus, each individual hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of such individual’s name, photograph, likeness (including his/her voice), biographical information and statements concerning the Promotion, in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by the Sponsor and its affiliates. Under applicable law, none of the Sponsors are responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, economic, exemplary, punitive, or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability, punitive or other damages.
