Quick Terms:

• All users who complete the ProphetX Product Survey will be eligible for a chance to win a prize of 1,000 Prophet Cash.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Description of Promotion: ProphetX Product Survey Giveaway

Users who complete the ProphetX Product Survey and have an existing eligible ProphetX user account will gain one (1) entry into the giveaway. The maximum bonus for each player is 1,000 in Prophet Cash. Promotion begins May 8th, 2025 at 12:00:00 pm EST and ends at 11:59:59 pm EST on May 23rd, 2025. Clear and obvious abuse may result in disqualification from the promotion. Promotion may end anytime at the discretion of ProphetX. All bonuses are subject to the Play Through Requirements and ProphetX Sweepstakes Rules and General Terms and Conditions.

3. Eligibility 

The Promotion is only open to individuals who (1) are at least nineteen (19) years of age and (2) have an existing ProphetX account. Additionally, ProphetX reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion.

4. Play Requirements 

Prophet Cash is non-redeemable until all Prophet Cash has been played through a total of one time (1x) (“Play Through Requirement”). Eligible participants may not match both sides of a market to clear the Play Through Requirement. If any eligible participant is found to have matched both sides of the same market in order to clear the play through requirement, the bonus will then be deemed void. Upon completion of the Play Through Requirement, all bonus funds and applicable winnings are redeemable. Any unmatched plays will not count towards the Play Through Requirement.

5. Prizes and Odds of Winning: One winner will receive a Prophet Cash Bonus of 1,000. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. 

6. ARV of the Product Survey Prize: $1,000 (incl. tax)

7. Prize Restrictions: Each Promotion entrant can only win one (1) prize. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value. Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of a prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash (aside from the cash elements of prizes relative to the cash redemption restriction) by the winner; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Only one prize stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Promotion.

8. Selection of Winners: On or around May 30th, 2025, Sponsor will randomly select the potential prize winner among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via email. 

The potential Promotion winners will be notified in accordance with the immediately preceding paragraph on or around May 30th, 2025 with information on how to claim their prize. All prizes must be claimed by such potential winners by June 3rd, 2025 at 5:00:00 p.m. Prizes not claimed by such potential winners by June 3rd, 2025 at 5:00:00 p.m. will be deemed forfeited. In the event that any of the prizes are unclaimed, then on or about June 4th, 2025, Sponsor will conduct one (1) redraw from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. In the event any of the prizes are unclaimed after the redraw, Sponsor will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure all available prizes are claimed by conducting a reasonable number (as determined by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion) of further similar drawing(s).

9. Additional Terms 

Administration: If a dispute or discrepancy, ProphetX site terms and conditions and all house rules take precedence over promotional terms and conditions. Limited to one (1) per household. By accepting any promotional bonus, registered players agree to abide by terms and conditions of this promotion. ProphetX expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. All promotions are subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may only have (1) active ProphetX Account at any time. ProphetX is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any advertising for the promotion. ProphetX is not responsible or liable for computer or program malfunctions. ProphetX reserves the right to exclude certain players from this promotion, as well as the right to withhold the bonus reward for any reason. This promotion is at sole discretion of the Sponsor. ProphetX reserves the right to restrict at any time any ProphetX Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and their decisions will be final and binding. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, directors, officers, employees, and agents from all liability claims or actions of any kind. In consideration of the Promotion Bonus, each individual hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of such individual’s name, photograph, likeness (including his/her voice), biographical information and statements concerning the Promotion, in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by the Sponsor and its affiliates. Under applicable law, none of the Sponsors are responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, economic, exemplary, punitive, or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability, punitive or other damages.
