Available Payment Methods

ProphetX currently offers the following secure purchase methods:

• Online Banking
• Debit Card (MasterCard and Visa)
• Prepaid Card (MasterCard and Visa)
• Cash at Retail (PayNearMe)

Note:

To complete transactions, players will be prompted to enter their banking details via a pop up. Please make sure to disable any pop-up blockers on your mobile or desktop device as this can cause your transaction to remain incomplete. Transactions will be incomplete until the purchase details are entered and confirmation is received. 

Purchases                                                                                                                                             

ProphetX's minimum purchase is $10. The maximum purchase amount will vary depending on which method you use and your history using that particular method.

Account holders must purchase using a financial instrument in their name. Business accounts are not allowed. Financial sharing is NOT allowed. Purchasing with any 3rd party financial instruments will cause a hold on your account and may result in account closure. 

Redemptions

ProphetX's minimum redemption is $1.00. ProphetX’s maximum redemption per transaction is $10,000.00. Depending on the method used, most redemptions are processed within 12 hours after we receive your request. Redemption times may vary if demand is high, but please know these are high priority to us and will be processed as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to fully review each redemption to ensure the safety and integrity of each player's account.

Additionally, redemptions can take up to 3-5 business days to fully process & reflect on your bank’s end.

Online Banking via Trustly

Type: Online Banking 

Functions: Purchases & Redemptions 

Trustly provides players with a secure and convenient way of purchasing or redeeming directly from your bank account. Players will be prompted to log into their bank account to complete their desired transaction.

Note: Not all banks approve sweepstakes transactions. If you use a credit union, local bank, or your bank is not listed, please make sure to check with your provider for more details. The billing descriptor will appear on your bank statement as "ProphetX". We have also seen that some banks do not work for purchases but do work for redemptions.

Debit and Prepaid Cards 

We currently support purchases for Visa and MasterCard debit and prepaid cards.

PayNearMe at Retail Location 

PayNearMe provides players with a way to purchase in cash at a convenient location nearby.

For PayNearMe transactions, select your package for purchase, and then select the payment method Cash at Retail PayNearMe. A window will pop up to the right where you can enter your zip code, and a list of nearby locations will pop up. Select one that works for you. When you do, it will show you further instructions and allow you to send the instructions to an email address or phone number. We recommend phone number. Then it will text you the details which include a barcode for the store to scan. This barcode ensures the purchase is credited to your account.

Please note that there is a maximum daily limit of $500.00 in purchases for this method and a failed transaction still counts toward this daily limit. Please ensure that when the request is made to use this method that you are ready to go to that location. If too much time passes between the request and your arrival at the cashier, this could cause a failure for security reasons.
