Why can I only bet at even (+100) odds on spread and total markets?

To facilitate the most liquidity at the onset of Prophet Exchange's entry to the New Jersey market, players are only able to change the spread or total value on the offered spread and total markets, rather than the odds. This allows players to agree on odds and solely trade the spread or total values, creating a much cleaner user experience for both pre-match and in-play betting.
