I'm having trouble depositing money into my account, what can I do?

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Players must complete registration before they can deposit or place bets 
  • Payment methods such as PayPal or Venmo must be in the account holders name
  • PayPal or Venmo must linked to a U.S based bank account that approves online gaming transactions 
  • Not all banks and credit card providers approve online gaming transactions 
  • Non-U.S based bank accounts and credit cards cannot be used on Prophet Exchange
  • If you have met your deposit limit, you will be unable to deposit until the limit has been updated or replenished 
  • If you are having trouble with a particular method, please try an alternate method while we look into it

  • Method used and time error or issue occurred 
  • Amount you wish to withdrawal 
  • Screen shot of error
