You are NOT required to be a New Jersey resident in order to place bets on Prophet Exchange.
However, you must be physically located in New Jersey in order to place or cancel any unmatched bets.
While outside of New Jersey, you are able to view your betting history, deposit and withdrawal, and update account settings.
