Why am I on an exclusion list?

If you submitted a request to self exclude via one of your online gaming accounts or NJDGE, that exclusion will apply to all online gaming sites for the state of NJ.

Players can self exclude for a minimum of one year to a maximum of five years within the state of New Jersey. If you have self excluded or wish to self exclude, you will not be eligible to have an account with Prophet Exchange until the self-exclusion period is over.

Once the self exclusion period has passed, a letter can be obtained from the NJDGE stating that you have been removed from the self exclusion list.

If you wish to re-open your account please send us the following:

  • Self exclusion letter from NJDGE
  • Valid government issued I.D.
  • Liability Statement
