1. Description of Social Giveaway

Prophet Exchange Victor Cruz Signed Jersey Social Giveaway (“Victor Cruz Signed Jersey Social Giveaway”) is where eligible participants can enter for a chance to win one (1) Victor Cruz Jersey signed by Victor Cruz (“Prize”). No purchase necessary. Eligible participants must retweet specified social media post located @prophetexchange (“@ProphetExchange Twitter Handle”) and must be following @ProphetExchange Twitter Handle. You must be an active holder of a non-private twitter account to be eligible. If you do not have a twitter account you can create one for free. This Victor Cruz Signed Jersey Social Giveaway is only open to eligible eligible United States participants, over the age of 21, and not enrolled in any statewide casino self-exclusion program or part of any involuntary casino exclusion program. One (1) entry per Eligible Participant. Eligible entrants only have the chance to win one (1) Prize. Entries after the promotional period will not be counted. Stake Trade, Inc. d//b/a Prophet Exchange (“Prophet Exchange” or “Sponsor") is the sponsor of this Social Giveaway located in Hoboken NJ, 07030.

2. Giveaway Social Period

The Social Giveaway will begin at 12:00am ET on February 06, 2023, and ends at 11:59pm ET February 13, 2023.

3. Eligible Participant

This Victor Cruz Signed Jersey Social Giveaway is only open to eligible United States participants, over the age of twenty-one (21), and not enrolled in any statewide casino self-exclusion program or part of any involuntary casino exclusion program. Only one (1) entry per eligible customer. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, their parent companies, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and giveaway agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Victor Cruz Signed Jersey Social Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. Prizes won by ineligible entrants will be void and the Sponsor reserves the right to select a new winner. Additionally, Prophet Exchange reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Social Giveaway for any reason, in our sole discretion.

     4. Action Required & Prize

1. Eligible Participants may earn a max of one (1) entry for successfully retweeting specified social media via @ProphetExchange Twitter Handle as well as following the @ProphetExchange Twitter Handle. Eligible participants will only receive one (1) entry after successfully completing both action items in the preceding sentence.  Eligible Participants must have a non-private twitter account to be eligible. Eligible Participants will not receive any entries for only doing one (1) of the two (2) required actions listed in Section 4, Subsection 1. By entering, you acknowledge and comply with official rules and decisions of Prophet Exchange. Eligible Participants must both retweet specified social media advertisements from @ProphetExchange Twitter Handle AND follow the @ProphetExchange Twitter Handle during the promotional period to be eligible. By entering the Social Giveaway, you agree to release Prophet Exchange from all responsibility or liability.
2. On or around February 13, 2030, Prophet Exchange will draw one (1) winner (‘Winner”) to claim the Victor Cruz Jersey signed by Victor Cruz.  The potential winner has twenty-four (24) hours to reply to the fulfillment Twitter inbox or Prophet Exchange will select a new winner until the Victor Cruz Jersey signed by Victor Cruz is fulfilled. Failure to reply within twenty-four (24) hours will be void and a new winner will be drawn. The potential winner could be asked to complete acknowledgment forms and provide documents to verify age and email.

Prize Details: Prize to be awarded: One (1) grand prize winner of Victor Cruz Jersey signed by Victor Cruz. Winner will have the prize fulfilled via FedEx sent to the address provided by the Winner via the twitter inbox discussion associated with the registered account, unless otherwise designated by the Winner. 

Prizes are taxable as income and the Prize winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the Prize he/she has received, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes. Prize winner must report income to the Internal Revenue Service. In the event it is deemed during the verification process that such potential winner does not have a unique, personal and valid social security number for Sponsor to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the prize, potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: All potential winners are subject to verification, including verification of age. Potential winner will be notified by the @ProphetExchange Twitter Handle. Prophet Exchange will send a direct message to the winner via the twitter handle used at time of entry. Potential winner must respond to the winner's twitter message within twenty-four (24) hours of attempted notification. If potential winner cannot be reached or does not respond within specified time frame, is found to be ineligible, or declines to accept the prize (or any portion thereof), the potential winner may be disqualified in Prophet Exchange’s sole discretion, and in such case Prophet Exchange will draw a new winner. Prophet Exchange will conduct up to as many redraws as necessary to fulfill the prize.

The Eligible Participant (who timely respond to the winner notification) may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Winner’s Acknowledgement Form, and Release within seven (7) days of date the Release was sent. Failure of a potential winner to contact the Sponsor within the above stated deadline, return any applicable winner documents within the applicable deadline, or return of any prize notification as undeliverable. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address and mailing address of entrant.

5. Claiming Social Giveaway Offer

If selected, a Prophet Exchange employee will contact Winner within seventy two (72) hours after the end of the Victor Cruz Signed Jersey Social Giveaway. Eligible selected players must respond back to claim prize within twenty four (24) hours of being contacted by Prophet Exchange twitter handle. If the player does not respond within twenty four (24) hours, Prophet Exchange will draw another eligible winner. The Victor Cruz Signed Jersey Social Giveaway recipients will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Victor Cruz Signed Jersey Social Giveaway received, regardless of whether the Victor Cruz Signed Jersey Social Giveaway in whole or in part, is used.  The Victor Cruz Signed Jersey Social Giveaway value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. 

6. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Victor Cruz Signed Jersey Social Giveaway, eligible individuals must retweet specified social media post via @ProphetExchange Twitter Handle and follow the @ProphetExchange Twitter Handle. Eligible participants must complete both actions to be eligible.

7. Limitations on Participation

Prophet Exchange reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Social Giveaway for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Social Giveaway in good faith.  This Victor Cruz Signed Jersey Social Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.  One Eligible entry per participant.

By accepting this Social Giveaway the eligible player agrees to abide by terms and conditions of this Social Giveaway. Prophet Exchange expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Social Giveaway at any time without prior notice or consent.  All Social Giveaways are subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions. Administration of this Victor Cruz Signed Jersey Social Giveaway is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may only have (1) active entry at any time. Prophet Exchange is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any advertising for the Victor Cruz Signed Jersey Social Giveaway. Prophet Exchange is not responsible or liable for computer or program malfunctions.
