TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Description of Promotion

The Refer A Friend Promotion (“Promotion”) where participants (“Eligible User” or “Referrer”) cause friends (“Referee”) to sign up for a new ProphetX account using a referral link (“Referral Link”), will receive 10 Prophet Cash for use only on ProphetX once the Referee meets the requirements subject to the terms. 

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion will begin on January 30, 2024 at 12:00 AM EST and end 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). 

3. Player Eligibility

The promotion is only open to existing ProphetX account holders who successfully Refer a Referee that satisfies the Purchase Requirement (each, a “Referrer”) and individuals who are new ProphetX account holders (i.e who have never had their social security number affiliated with any type of ProphetX account) and who have been successfully verified by the Sponsor, and who are invited to sign up for a ProphetX account using a Referral Link by the Referrer (each, a “Referee”).  If a Referee is associated with another ProphetX account in the Sponsor's database, they are not eligible to participate in this promotion. The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age and are physically present in a jurisdiction that ProphetX operates in during the Promotion Period.  If your social security number is associated with another ProphetX Account in Sponsor's database, you may only earn one Promotion Bonus in respect of all such ProphetX Accounts under this Promotion.  Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, their parent companies, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus.  Additionally, ProphetX reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your play patterns or play history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. 

4. Action Required

A Referrer must obtain his/her unique Referral Link, (“Referral Link”) and cause any Referee to sign up for a new ProphetX account using such Referral Link and become verified to play on ProphetX, and meet the Minimum Play Requirements within 14 days of signing up. For each Minimum Play Requirement met in relation to the specific Referral Link, the Referrer shall receive a ProphetX site credit of 10 Prophet Cash.  

5. How To Redeem Promotion Offer

If applicable, the Referral Bonus will be credited to your ProphetX Account within seventy-two (72) hours of the Referee making an eligible purchase in relation to the Deposit Requirement. Limit 2500 Prophet Cash maximum Referral Bonus per each Referee. Referral Bonus recipients will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Referral Bonus received, regardless of whether the Referral Bonus, in whole or in part, is used. The Referral Bonus value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.

 6. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must register for a ProphetX member account using the link of the Referrer, or entering the Referrer’s referral code during the registration process. Privacy policy and rules apply in order to create a new ProphetX account.   

7. Limitations on Participation

ProphetX reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your play patterns or play history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith.  This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  

8. Play Requirements

After being successfully verified by the Sponsor, the Referee must then log-in to his/her ProphetX account, and within fourteen (14) days of signing up for his/her ProphetX account, make a Play of at least 50 Prophet Cash or more (“Minimum Play Requirement”) on the ProphetX Exchange. Plays made after the fourteen (14) day period will not count towards satisfaction of the play requirement.  The Referral Bonus is non-withdrawable until the bonus Prophet Cash is played one time for a  (1x) play through (“Play Through Requirement”).  There are no minimum odds restrictions on this offer. Eligible User must play through the full Referral Bonus to complete the Play Through Requirement.  Eligible participants may not match both sides of the Referral Bonus. If any Eligible Participant is found to have matched both sides of the same event in order to clear the play through requirement for the Bonus, it will then be deemed void and will not be permitted to be redeemed. Upon completion of the Play Through all bonus Prophet Cash and applicable winnings are redeemable. 

9. Eligible Games

All markets offered on ProphetX will be eligible for the Bonus. All players must avoid playing both sides of the same event while using bonus Prophet Cash. All plays must be matched or partially matched and fully settled before counting towards the Play Through Requirement.

10. Restrictions on Redemption

The Referral Bonus is not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

 11. Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at prophetx.co or email [e-mail]. Any Prophet Cash in your account shall remain subject to the Play Through Requirement detailed in Section 8 before it may be redeemed.

13. Additional Terms

Administration:  If a dispute or discrepancy, ProphetX's terms and conditions and all house rules take precedence over promotional terms and conditions.  Only one (1) Promotion per household.  By accepting any promotional bonus, registered players agree to abide by terms and conditions of this promotion. This promotion is subject to regulatory approval and voided where prohibited. ProphetX  expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent.  All promotions are subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may only have (1) active ProphetX Account at any time. ProphetX is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any advertising for the promotion. ProphetX is not responsible or liable for computer or program malfunctions. ProphetX reserves the right to exclude certain players from this promotion, as well as the right to withhold the bonus for any reason. This promotion is at sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any ProphetX Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason.  Any questions relating to eligibility, these Promotion Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and their decisions will be final and binding. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, directors, officers, employees, and agents from all liability claims or actions of any kind.  In consideration of the Promotion Bonus, each individual hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of such individual’s name, photograph, likeness (including his/her voice), biographical information and statements concerning the Promotion, in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by the Sponsor and its affiliates. Under applicable law, none of the Sponsors are responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, economic, exemplary, punitive, or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability, punitive or other damages.
