DESCRIPTION OF PROPHETX’S MARKET PARTICIPANT REFERRAL PROGRAM
Scope
The Program is available to all eligible Participants who meet the eligibility requirements while
the Program is in effect. The Program is not limited to a particular subset of the Exchange’s
contracts. All Participants in the Program are subject to the Exchange’s Rulebook.
Eligibility
Referring Participant
To be eligible to receive a Referring Incentive, the Market Participant must:
• Be an existing Market Participant;
• Not be the subject of an open compliance investigation or review, and not have a suspended
account for any compliance or financial reason;
• Have placed at least 1 executed trade (of any size) in any market on the Exchange;
• Share the unique referral link or code provided by the Exchange (the “Referral Code”); and
• Refer a person who satisfies the Referred Participant eligibility criteria below.
Referred Participant
A Referred Participant:
• Uses the Referring Participant’s Referral Code to sign up as a first-time Participant who
has not previously registered with the Exchange;
• Is approved by the Exchange to open a trading account;
• Makes a successful initial deposit of at least $50.00 into their account within 30 calendar
days of the application date, via one of the acceptable deposit methods set forth on the
Exchange website;
• Has placed at least 1 executed trade and has executed one or more trades with an aggregate
notional value of at least $50.00 in any market on the Exchange; and
• Is not the subject of an open compliance investigation or review, and does not have a
suspended account for any compliance or financial reason.
The initial deposit must occur in one transaction. An initial deposit that does not clear and/or is
returned by the Exchange's payment processor or settlement bank for any reason will not be
3considered successful, and the Referred Participant will be disqualified from the Program. If either
the Referred Participant or the Referring Participant has received any Incentives based on a
qualifying deposit that later fails to clear, the Exchange may revoke eligibility, disqualify the
Participant from the Program, and require the return of any Incentives previously received.
To remain eligible for the Program, a Participant must not be the subject of an open compliance
investigation or review and must not have a suspended or restricted account at the time any
Incentives are credited or used.
Continued eligibility for the Program is also conditioned on the accuracy and completeness of the
information provided during the Participant's account opening process. If the Exchange determines
that a Participant was not eligible for the Program based on information submitted in connection
with the application, the Participant may have their eligibility revoked, be disqualified from the
Program, and be required to return any Incentives previously received.
Incentive
Upon satisfying the applicable eligibility requirements above, Participants may receive the
following Incentives based on their role:
The Referred Market Participant will receive a credit of $25.00 to their Exchange account (the
“Referred Incentive”).
The Referring Participant will receive a credit of $25.00 to their Exchange account for the first
qualifying Referred Participant. The credit for each additional qualifying Referred Participant will
increase by $5.00, up to a maximum credit of $50.00 per qualifying Referred Participant (the
“Referring Incentive”). The Referred Incentive and Referring Incentive are referred to collectively
as the “Incentives.” Any amounts credited to a Participant's account pursuant to the Incentives are
referred to collectively as the “Incentive Funds.”
Incentive Funds may be used as funds on new trades and may be withdrawn only upon position
settlement. Upon entering a new position, Incentive Funds will be utilized before other funds to
satisfy collateral requirements for the position. Incentive Funds must be used for trading within 45
calendar days of being credited. After 45 calendar days, unused Incentive Funds will be
automatically forfeited to the Exchange. Each Participant is eligible to receive each applicable
Incentive only once.
Program Term
The Program will become effective on June 16, 2026, which is no earlier than ten (10) business
days following the date of its certification to the CFTC.
The end date of the Program is the later of:
• Fifty-two (52) weeks from the start date; and
4• 500,000 Participants successfully onboarded under the Program,
unless extended or earlier terminated by the Exchange. The Program may be extended on the same
or modified terms, subject to any required CFTC filings, certifications, or approvals.
Program Administration
The Program is subject to the Exchange’s Rulebook and all applicable provisions of the
Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC regulations promulgated thereunder. Participation in the
Program is subject to the Exchange’s authority and obligations under its Rulebook and applicable
law. The Exchange may modify, suspend, terminate, withdraw, or otherwise amend the Program
from time to time, subject to any required CFTC filings, certifications, or approvals.
