Available Deposit Methods

ProphetX currently offers the following secure deposit methods:

• Online Banking with Aeropay
• Cryptocurrency with Zerohash
• Wire

Note: To complete transactions, participants will be prompted to enter their banking details via a pop-up window. Please disable any pop-up blockers on your mobile or desktop device.

Deposit Limits

ProphetX's minimum deposit is $10. The maximum deposit amount will vary depending on which method you use and your history using that particular method.

Note: Account holders must deposit using a financial instrument in their name. Business accounts are not permitted. Financial sharing is NOT permitted. Depositing with any third-party financial instruments will result in a hold on your account and may result in account closure.

Online Banking via Aeropay

Aeropay provides participants with a secure and convenient way to deposit or withdraw directly from your bank account. Depending on your bank, instant withdrawals are available via Aeropay.

Cryptocurrency with Zerohash

Type: Cryptocurrency

Zerohash provides participants with a secure and convenient way to deposit with cryptocurrency.

Wire

Type: Wire

Deposits via Wire Transfer are available for market participants wishing to deposit $1,000 or more. This method is intended for large deposits and may take up to 72 hours to complete. For amounts under $5,000, we recommend using an instant deposit method such as Online Banking.

Already Approved for Wires? Please send our support team your Bank Receipt (Confirmation of wire transfer after wire is sent) to [e-mail].

First-time wire from a new bank account? Documents are required for each bank account before your first wire is processed. Please submit them here.

Once a bank account is approved, no further documentation is needed for future wires from that same account — as long as your account remains in good standing and your documents on file remain valid.

Required Documents:

1. Copy of U.S bank statement in your name issued within the last 90 days
2. Bank Receipt (Confirmation of wire transfer after wire is sent - please send to [e-mail])
3. Valid government issued ID 
4. A self-certified ID (a photo of yourself holding your ID in your hand next to your face)

Additional Requirements & Important Information:

• Bank account must be in the same name as the ProphetX account holder.
• Funds must be sent from a personal bank account in your name.
• Please ensure that all documents are uncropped, clear, and in your legal name.
• Wires from business or third party accounts will not be accepted & will cause a processing delay.
• Transfer limits vary between banks & account types. If this is your first time using this method, please check with your bank to confirm your banking account limits.
• Never allow anyone to access your banking details to complete this transaction.
• Most wire transfers of $25,000 or less can be initiated from your mobile device. Please check with your bank as these limits vary and you may be required to visit your local branch.
