Available Withdrawal Methods

ProphetX currently offers the following secure withdrawal methods:

• Online Banking with Aeropay
• Paper Check
• Wire

Note: Account holders must withdraw using a financial instrument in their own name. Business accounts are not permitted. Financial sharing is NOT permitted.

Online Banking via Aeropay

Type: Online Banking 

Aeropay provides players with a secure and convenient way of purchasing or redeeming directly from your bank account. Depending on the bank, instant redemptions are available via Aeropay. Aeropay may not always be available to all customers at all times. If you do not see it listed as an option, then it is currently not available.

Paper Check

Type: Hard copy via mail

If a participant does not have a bank account available through the online banking methods presented, a paper check can be requested to complete a withdrawal. Please allow 7-14 days for a check to arrive in your mailbox after a request is confirmed. In order to process a check for withdrawal, please fill out the form here.  

Note: We cannot send a check to an address that is not on file with your ProphetX account. If you would like to update your address before requesting a withdrawal, please provide the requested documentation on the form.

Wire

Type: Wire

Withdrawals via Wire Transfer are available for market participants wishing to withdraw $5,000 or more. This method is intended for large withdrawals and may take up to 72 hours to complete. 

Already Approved for Wires? Please send our support team your request for a wire transfer and include the amount you would like to receive. 

First-time wire from a new bank account? Documents are required for each bank account before your first wire is processed. Please submit them here.

Once a bank account is approved, no further documentation is needed for future wires to that same account — as long as your account remains in good standing and your documents on file remain valid.

Required Documents:

1. Copy of U.S bank statement in your name issued within the last 90 days
2. Valid government issued ID front and back
3. A self-certified ID (a photo of yourself holding your ID in your hand next to your face)

Additional Requirements & Important Information:

• Bank account must be in the same name as the ProphetX account holder.
• Funds must be sent to a personal bank account in your name.
• Please ensure that all documents are uncropped, clear, and in your legal name.
• Wires to a business or third party accounts will not be sent.
• Transfer limits vary between banks & account types. If this is your first time using this method, please check with your bank to confirm your wire receipt limits.
• Never allow anyone to access your banking details to complete this transaction.
